Dive into a dreamy island vibe with the ultimate reggae lineup! Iration and Pepper are joining forces this summer to bring you the Daytrippin in Paradise Summer Tour. These alt reggae artists are bringing insane tunes to the Pacific Amphitheatre on Saturday 24th August 2024.
IRATION is a group with deep reggae roots, and a unique sound suited with rock and pop elements. The six-piece group consists of Micah Pueschel (Guitar/Lead Vocals), Adam Taylor (Bass), Joseph Dickens (Drums), Cayson Peterson (Keyboard/Synth), Micah Brown (Guitar/Vocals), and Drake Peterson (Trumpet, Keys). Meanwhile, PEPPER is a Dub-Rock band made up of Kaleo Wassman (Guitar), Brett Bollinger (Bass Guitar), and Yesod Williams (Drums).

IRATION is an alt reggae band of talented musicians who formed in Isla Vista, Santa Barbara County. Raised in Hawaii, the group’s deep-rooted reggae influence is blended with elements of rock and pop sounds. The result? Original and irresistibly smooth tracks. The band consists of members Micah Pueschel on Guitar and Lead Vocals, Adam Taylor on Bass, Joseph Dickens on Drums, Cayson Peterson on Keyboard/Synth, Micah Brown on Guitar and Vocals, and Drake Peterson on Trumpet and Keys.
Since 2008, Iration has been touring the States. Over the years, they’ve performed at leading festivals like Lollapalooza, Sunfest and Hangout, as well as closed stages at the legendary Bottlerock and Outside Lands. Expect to hear smash hits like “Turn Around,” “Reelin,” “Automatic,” and “Summer Nights” from the alt reggae group. And who knows, they may even throw in a few covers like Blink 182’s “What’s My Age Again.”
Meanwhile, PEPPER are a three-piece Dub-Rock group who hail from Kona Town in Hawaii. They’re the legends behind the effortlessly cool “The Invite” (you know the killer tune with the George Michael “Faith” intro). Last year, they dropped twenty-five epic minutes of new music and even a couple of remixes!! As of the beginning of 2024, their new album ‘Makai’ snagged over 1.5 million streams on Spotify alone since being released mid-November last year. “Inside these seven tracks live a multitude of depth and styles to indulge in, all hard to get out of your head once you’ve let ‘em in,” says Daily Reggae News. The album kicks things off strong with the fun, snappy and top streaming hit, “Get Me Ready”, before moving into the chiller, more acoustic-focused herb ballad, “Sweet Leef”.
Pepper and Iration will be bringing all their new tunes and more to the Pacific Amphitheatre! And there’s more. DENM and Artikal Sound System will be joining the wild ride. DENM is a talented musician, songwriter, and producer who draws in the crowd by pairing lyrics about hazy daze optimism with youth culture and life experience. Oh yeah, and he has a killer voice. Meanwhile, Artikal Sound System is a reggae group located out of South Florida. The outfit is made up of founders Chris Montague (guitar) and Fabian Acuña (bass), as well as the newcomer, Logan Rex, who is a jazz-influenced singer.
