ABOUT BECK

Singer-songwriter Beck always had an experimental nature. Although he dabbles mostly on alternative rock, his music has included elements of funk, hip-hop, electronica, lo-fi, and tons more. Coming out in 1993 with his debut work, Golden Feelings, Beck became a force in the anit-folk movement and he was praised by critics for his abrasiveness and his “grappling hooks.” Beck made his breakthrough in 1994 with his third studio album Mellow Gold, which spawned the mind blowing hits Loser. The Los Angeles, California born artist has released a total of 14 studio efforts, including his latest Hyperspace, which was dropped in 2019. Beck’s amazing music has earned him a ton of accolades, including eight Gramm Awards and three Brit Awards.
