The band emerged in 1969 and enjoyed phenomenal success during the 70s. They released highly rated albums Tres Hombres, Fandango!, Tejas, and more, earning great traction for their hits like “La Grange,” “Tush,” and much more. During the 80s, the band’s commercial fame skyrocketed especially with the release of Eliminator. The album earned diamond status in the U.S. making it their best selling effort to date. Eliminator spawned the hits “Gimme All Your Lovin” and “Sharp Dressed Man.” ZZ Top’s incredible work earned them a place at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
English rock band Foghat most known for their hits, “I Just Want to Make Love To You,” “Slow Ride,” and “Fool for the City.” The band has released several gold-selling studio efforts, while their 1975 album Fool for the City went platinum. In 1977, Foghat released their debut live effort, Foghat Live selling over two million copies in the U.S., earning a double platinum certification.
